從5月28日到8月28日,我們在線上開了一個太極功法的免費課程,教”內練一口氣,外練筋骨皮”的心理安定(內在)與身體健康(外在)的活動體驗一小時,結束距今已經過了兩週,也是該來還回顧的時候了.書法體驗也是在晚上同步進行.

During the more and more confirmed cases in Taiwan around May-August,the citizens could not go outside as usual they did even though we wear mask all the time.Feel nervous who is afraid to get a cold and avoid to get in the unsafety environment day by day.

身體要健康,心情才能愉悅~而維持身心健康的要素很多,其中最簡單也最難做到的,就是早睡早起.

To maintain a good body and smooth mind that the easy way to go is to be a morning person-It is mean to keep good hours.
